We had such a lovely stay, the staff went above and beyond for us, we even stayed for an extra night! I paid for a celebration balloon, and they included a really lovely had written card & some sticks of rock - would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Brand new hotel opened a couple months ago, and it’s rockin’! Breakfast was sublime, but most importantly the people who worked there made all the difference. Reece the receptionist, total champion. Leon in maintenance, remarkably polite and hard working. Dan at the bar makes a mean Sun Kiss’d Captain. That’s not all of the super squad that makes up the Maldron Brighton. Don’t miss it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful going that extra few inches without any prompting. The room and public areas were clean and the food was very good. the only issue I had (although it didn't affect me personally) was that I was upgraded to a accessible room (not a problem in itself) but I did have to jump a little bit to get onto the bed and I was wondering how easy is would be for someone with limited mobility to get onto a bed that was higher than average
