THE SPACE

Make yourself at home in this peaceful and stylish apartment, on the first floor of a beautiful, balcony-fronted, listed Victorian town house. It is accessed via stairs but once inside is all on one floor. The apartment is self-contained, with one large double bedroom and one smaller double bedroom, and a very comfortable Habitat double sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is tucked away on a quiet street in the Round Hill conservation area, a short 10 minute walk north of the centre of Brighton, a 20 minute walk from the seafront, and on the doorstep of the fashionable North Laine with its extensive choice of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops.
The stylish interior has been refurbished to a high standard and benefits from large windows giving lots of light and promoting an oasis of calm and relaxation throughout your stay.
Living & Dining Room:
Natural light floods through the large floor to ceiling windows in the large and stylish living room. It is furnished with a large and comfortable double sofa bed and an antique dining table which can seat four people. The living room offers the perfect setting in which to relax and watch the world go by as you enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of something before heading out to explore all that Brighton & Hove has to offer. Fresh bed linen for the sofa bed can be found in the box seat in the alcove.
Kitchen:
The newly refurbished, fully equipped modern kitchen comes with a gas hob, oven, large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and toaster. The kitchen has plenty of cookware, cutlery, glassware and crockery, as well as complimentary teas, coffee and herbal tea, and cooking basics such as olive oil, salt and pepper. Please help yourself!
Spacious double bedroom:
The large bedroom has a double bed with a super-comfortable mattress. There is a large wardrobe with hangers in which to hang clothes and plenty space in the room in which to store luggage. An iron, ironing board, and clothes airer are provided for guests to use.
Second double bedroom:
This is a calm light and airy small double room at the back of the house, overlooking a beautiful view of trees. There is a comfortable double bed, and space to hang your clothes.
Bathroom:
The brand new luxurious bathroom has a contemporary subway tiled design. It hosts a large walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. Organic and vegan body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided for guests.
Garden:
The beautiful and peaceful garden is accessed via stairs leading from the kitchen. The garden belonging to the apartment is the middle one, with garden dining table on the decking and the hammock suspended between trees on the lawn. There is an outdoor dining space with 6 chairs so that you can relax under the trees and stars.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full use of the space: the bedroom with a double bed, the second double bedroom with double bed, the living room with double sofa bed, the bathroom with overhead shower, sink and toilet, kitchen, and outside garden area with dining table and chairs.
You will have access to the whole apartment. There is a key safe by the main entrance to the building.
The road is permit parking from 0900 to 2000, but there is all-day meter parking on the street. If you are driving, please let me know as I may be able to source visitor parking permits for the duration of your stay. There will be a daily charge of £2.80 per daily parking permit, and the parking is located 10 minutes' walk away. There is also free weekend parking available at the same location, 10 minutes' walk away.
Check in time is 3pm and check out is at 11am, but I will do my utmost to be as flexible as possible to suit your schedule.

LOCATION
The apartment is situated in the desirable conservation area of Round Hill, just north of central Brighton. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Brighton and a 20 minute stroll to the beach. If you are arriving late, don't worry there is a Coop 2 minutes walk away, and Sainsbury's supermarket 5 minutes walk away, both of which open until 10pm. There is also a late-opening convenience store near the apartment and a number of off licences on the Lewes Road just a few minutes away. There is a lovely pub (the Martha Gunn) about a 5 minute walk away.
