Fantastic family holiday

We stayed for two weeks and loved it here! We took two young children and our dogs and couldn’t have asked for a better home. The house is beautiful with everything you could need and the garden is great with plenty of space for games and dining. Great location with shops 2mins walking distance and 10min drive to angers. The host is lovely and cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend!

Maison très propre et bien équipée . Cuisine de jardin très agréable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et notre chien (tout comme nous) a beaucoup apprécié le grand jardin clôturé et les balades le long de la Sartre.

Nous avons passé un we de retrouvailles entre filles à Briollay. Nous avions envie de détente, tranquillité et de farniente ! Et nous avons tout trouvé. C'était un chouette week-end dans une villa qui s'y prêtait avec sa piscine, son jacuzzi et un soleil au rendez-vous ! Je recommande vivement !

Nous étions 5 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Grands volumes, cuisine d'été, spa, piscine, linge de lit et toilette fournis, cuisine très équipée. A 2 pas de la boulangerie, d'un petit centre commercial avec cabinet médical, des bords de Sarthe et du Loir (avec jeux pour enfants, terrain de pétanque) , et du city stade pour jouer au foot et au basket. Petit bémol : les couchages d'appoint pour enfants ne sont pas suffisamment grands et confortables pour des ados.

J'ai dormi avec une fenêtre ouverte, l'emplacement est fantastique. Petit supermarché et boulangerie à distance de marche. Pour les achats plus importants, max. 20 min en voiture. Contact super sympa avec le propriétaire. Toute la maison est très bien équipée. Piscine très grande et agréablement chaude.

superbes vacances en famille ( 3 générations)

maison très bien équipée , au calme avec piscine, grand jardin entièrement clos et cuisine d'été . Avec cette grosse chaleur la climatisation aurait été la bienvenue dans toutes les chambres. Nous garderons tous un très bon souvenir de notre séjour !

Très bon équipement, maison agréable, il manque un vrai canapé ! Idéale pour 12 personnes.

Les lits de camp sont inconfortables, Ils conviennent pour des jeunes enfants. Il manque des sanitaires en haut. Nous venions en éclaireur pour éventuellement louer l'été mais votre mot nous a un peu refroidis. L'extérieur est très agréable et il semble dommage en plein été que l'extinction des feux ait lieu à 22h. En général qd on est en groupe on apprécie les soirées d'été qui se prolongent dehors à la piscine, à discuter ou jouer. Nous avons passé un excellent weekend cependant, il ne manquait rien. Déco très jolie, équipement complet et de qualité. Je voulais vous signaler qu'on a cassé une tasse.

Surprenante et sympa maison bobo chic

Maison en centre de village très bien équipée en électroménager et en vaisselle. Très joli salon avec une décoration contemporaine originale. Un regret cependant que le confort de ce salon ait été un peu sacrifié à l’esthétisme : Une grande baquette sans dossier pas très confortable et pas de fauteuils ou canapés pour lire ou passer une soirée familiale au coin du feu (nous avons loué en hiver). petit inconvénient en hivers, et par temps de pluie, on est obligé de passer par l'autre chambre pour sortir de celle du fond.... Petite surprise également concernant le prix indiqué à la nuit : nous avons loué 2 jours sur un week-end de 3 jours. Il nous a été demandé un supplément qui n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce. Au bilan, nous avons quand même passé un excellent week-end en famille avec une hôte prévenante et à l’écoute. Nous recommandons cette maison très accueillante.

Nous avons passé un Super séjour dans cette charmante maison Qui est très bien équipée. LE jardin est lui aussi tres agréable,spacieux avec des aménagements extérieurs très appréciables. LA localisation a ete pour nous idéal, à proximité d Angers Et de tous ces commerces tout en étant dans un petit village au calme. Énfin un immense merci à LA propriétaire qui est A l écoute,tres réactive et Qui a contribuée a nous faire passé un très bon séjour. Bref que des points positifs pour cette jolie location. Je la recommande les yeux fermés!

Très bon weekend en famille

La maison est très bien équipée, confortable et propre. Nous avons pu profiter du beau jardin avec ses nombreux équipements et de la piscine sécurisée, qui a fait le bonheur de tous. Le contact avec Véronique a été très facile. Une maison à recommander pour visiter Angers et ses environs.

Calme et convivialité

C'est une Maison de famille et d'amis qui vous accueille. On se sent très rapidement chez soi. La Maison est impeccable.La cuisine est très bien équipée, la cuisine d'été est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Tout cela dans un bel environnement et le calme en plus. Le seul bémol, la 5ème chambre est une pièce aveugle de petite superficie. Cette pièce peut convenir pour 2 enfants ou 2 adolescents mais est trop juste pour 2 adultes. Les 4 autres chambres sont très bien. Enfin, la propriétaire est très réactive aux échanges mails. Nous recommandons cette adresse.
