A lovely stay
This house was a lovely place to spend a relaxing holiday. It's located in a somewhat industrial area, but still only five minutes away from some delightful multicultural eats. Plenty of space for our family - the teenager loved having their own room!

Dog friendly property
Our stay was to collect and meet our new dog. The house met all our needs, a pet friendly interior and fenced yard, close to walks and a dog park and a short drive to pet friendly cafes. The host was very accomodating, and wentvto extra effort to ensure we had a good stay. We would stay again.

Doesnt sit well with me that I cant leave a good review but..... the Host advised not a 5 star residence and he was right. Auto garage rollerdoor but no remote so had to go in to garage to open/close the door. In the house had 2 A/C's inliving area but one in the kitchen/dining area didnt work. Very disapointed there were no front or back flyscreen doors and most windows didnt have flyscreens so was a hotbox if you dont have A/C going all the time. Shower screen was a nylon thing held up with fencing wire and was too short so bathroom floor always got wet. Several windows had broken locks so no security there. Had to use stickytape to stop one of the kitchen drawers from opening all the time and kitchen bench and dining table tops in very poor condition. Overall too expensive for the condition of the place. Oh yes, whoever their cleaner is, they basically do a good job but they havent vacc'ed under the beds for sometime. Good points are handy location to Brissy and surrounds, good size TV and reasonable size undercover parking but needs a remote.

The house is small but quite adequate. The area is quiet and the park surroundings are relaxing. The house itself was very clean and the living areas such as lounge and kitchen were good. Parking for cars was great, however, the front gate needs to be repaired.

The house suited our needs and was basically equipped but we had to buy pegs for the clothesline and tablets for the dishwasher, there was no coffee machine as shown in the photos and there was mould on the dark grey tiled wall of the bathroom since there was no exhaust fan.

All that we needed
A neat and tidy property with a great aspect overlooking green space. I must admit the back deck overlooking parkland was a perfect retreat for a quiet cuppa. Whilst imperfect in some areas. This property delivered all we needed. I was on my own with 4 teenagers and felt safe and comfortable. The sensor light at the front entrance was brilliant. Inside layout was simple and functioned well for the 5 of us. All beds were comfortable. Shower was welcomed after a busy day with a rain head and great hot water supply. Easy walk to rail. Thanks for having us Ben.

Convenient for city
No hairdryer. No proper cleaning products and scourer, only spray and wipe and j cloth. This was needed because hob had encrusted grease under rim, and was unable to clean it. Couldn’t see mop and bucket. No terrestrial t.v., was advised there should be an aerial. There wasn’t and owner advised and just said welcome to use Netflix. On the corner of a rat run, so from 5am, constant noise. Came home a day early. Simple things to fix and then it would have been ok.
