Rooms facing busy Sandgate road subject to traffic noise even during night hours but tolerable. It’s a very convenient location with bus transport into the city stopping just outside the property. Quite a few good restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are a decent size but looking a bit tired. Staff were helpful. We’d stay there again next trip to Brisbane.

Never found out who was in charge of motel, our fan in bathroom did not work and was told it was a on going problem also hair dryer was not well was told the problem would be sorted it never was, on day of leaving we our bags were kept for us when we returned to pick up bags I asked if I could use the toilet I was told one wasn’t available and would have Togo to public toilets even though we were told we would have use of a toilet.
