When booking this room we selected a room queen with kitchen. As directed we paid, we were then sent a text that sent us to a different address. The room address did not have a garden, or a lobby where you can sit. There is limited parking. The room was on the 2nd floor , as advertised No lifts. To top it off the air conditioning was not working. The kettle did not work. Would never stay again.

There was nothing we did not like about the property including the tariff.It suited us a older couple.It is very handy to the airport & long term parking which is only 3km away from Ascot Budget Inn when we have caught the plane on two previous occasions.The receptionist was very helpful & friendly.

Julie was great to deal with. Good location and walkable to supermarket, cafe etc. Room could have been a wee bit cleaner though. Very comfy bed which is so important!

will never be staying here again when i come to brisbane and need accommodation on a regular basis, shared bathroom which i was aware of, dirty unclean with one of the two showers with the fitting coming lose and squirting water all over me which was unusable and in the other shower a broken shower door that fell on me and couldn’t close and also loud music playing for hours in the hall way and also strange noises all night long so if your looking for the basics like i was i wouldn’t stay here spend a little extra money on another place i’m not one to complain but this was a horrible experience for me after just hopping of a plane and wanting a good nights sleep very disappointing
