Hallo. Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen. Alle Rückmeldungen werden geschätzt. Leider hat das Problem mit der Klimaanlage während Ihres Aufenthaltes das gesamte Gebäude beeinflusst und war völlig unter der Kontrolle des Gebäudemanagers. Unser Gebiet erlebte am Freitagabend einen großen Stromstoß, und der General Manager vor Ort gab sein Bestes, um dies so schnell wie möglich zu beheben. Leider war der Techniker erst am Montagmorgen erreichbar. Zum Glück ist alles wieder funktionsfähig. In Bezug auf das übrige Feedback habe ich es an die zuständigen Abteilungen weitergeleitet, und dieses wird berücksichtigt. Ich hoffe, Sie haben unser Personal an der Rezeption über das Fehlen von Besteck usw. im Zimmer informiert, da wir dies sofort korrigiert hätten. Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.
