The studio room was clean and fixtures were in good condition. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette had basic appliances. A balcony with a sea view. The location is great, right on the water and close to shops, clubs and food outlets

The motel is in a great location for watching boats, the sunset and the passing parade of people on the waterfront. The room is clean, tidy and well maintained and the kitchenette is handy if you want to self cater although it’s in easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Positioned on a Canal, the room was accessible by anyone. There were noisy people outside the door (both front and back) for much of the night. The bed was. Uncomfortable and we had very little sleep. I do not think that we got value for money.
