Not happy with the services provided as rooms condition wasn’t as shown on website. Make smell continuously was coming in the room also bad smell from washroom area. Broken cupboards and doors. Not impressed according to the price I paid.

Ease of late checkin 1st class, no hassles Staff friendly, courteous and most helpful. Restaurant adjoining was amazing! Pool was great! Just could I suggest perhaps a hand rail at steps into pool to assist older guests and those with slight disabilities gain access? Not complaining, just a suggestion!!

We were there for a two week stay and are not difficult to please, but... Only one access card for two people very inconvenient at times. Had to request a chest of drawers or live out of our suitcases for two weeks. Cooking facilities but no table or chairs to sit at. Had to ask for hand soap and shower soap. Thick and dirty mat on the floor (tripping hazard for us oldies), no excuse for its dirty state. We rolled it up and put it out of the way. Rubbish under the bed, housekeeping??? Air conditioner did not work. Compared to many other motels we have stayed at over the years, I cannot recommend this motel. Owners should stay in in their own premises for a week to experience the downsides.

A pleasant room with good furnishings, fridge, microwave, wine gasses, mugs etc. no issue with road noise (on a busy road) a sponge/tea towel to wash plates could be an option.
