Amazing location right by south bank, very good stay and fast internet. Staff were great as well. Walkable to almost everywhere and short distance to ferry terminal to take you around Brisbane. We travelled with 9 people including small children.

Good room and friendly staff. Would have been 5 stars other than the adjacent room letting their door slam closed multiple times within 10 minutes around 6am Friday. Door closer issue possibly. Only 2 coffee mugs supplied and the dishwasher did not clean them, when we used the sachet of dishwashing liquid to hand wash them it was not replaced. Inconvenient.

Staff were great! They let us check in early, room was clean and lovely, room service was great and it's an easy walk to southbank. Only areas for improvement are the hot water didnt work in the morning and the reception phone wasn't answered when we tried calling to ask about parking. Otherwise great and I'd stay there again
