Doable Stay
The room was very, very dim and there was no table lamp. Instead, it was a standing lamp that could not be adjusted and point to a corner of the table which would not help. Helpful young lady staff recommended a short day trip to us which we enjoyed very much. The restaurant is for small bites and does not have good gluten-free option. Parking is available at AUD25. We were able to walk 15-20min to shopping streets/restaurants.

Walking distance to city centre 10mins, but walking back a little longer too steep incline. If you struggle with walking around this is not the place for you. Overall, great place for overnight and breakfast is ok.

Book in was slow, even allowing for the que but the worst part was the adjoining room which meant we heard every thing happening next door. Flushing, coughing and watching tv till half past midnight. I would only stay there again if I was sure it had no adjoining rooms

Glass bathroom walls no more PLEASE
Glass divider for a bathroom.. I have no idea how this ridiculous notion came about but I want solid walls between my bed and bathroom. It’s uncomfortable, embarrassing and just soooo stupid. The glass bathroom door doesn’t seal and there is a gap. If you turn the bathroom light on at night the whole hotel room is lit completely up… why oh why and just NO.

Poor check in , no onsite parking
Check in was ridiculous, waited over 20 minutes with one person on the desk, wasn't even apologetic. Then sent to another car park to park, even though it clearly states both on their website and hotel com that there is onsite parking , you can not reserve it . It should have been $25 but was charged $35 at the machine . Terrible

Comfy stay
A bit of a hiccup on arrival. They could not find our reservation. After about 30 mins of looking at emails, hotels.com reservation and looking into the hotel computer reserations we were finally able to access our room. Room was immaculate. Choice of pillows. Nice hot shower. Short stay while attending a concert. Super close to city.
