Great stay and friendly service
We normally stay in the city, however we had an event close by and can’t fault the stay. Nice king bed, clean room. We are a little sad we didn’t get to try the food downstairs as they are closed Sunday and Monday.

1st time at HG & we will be back! Staff were awesome recommending local eateries & holding our bags on checkout while out doing final things before leaving. Nothing was too much hassel, room had heaps of space bathroom also. Another hotel nite before was charged the same price & was nothing on this place, definitely value for money

I had no problems with this Motel except the key card/readers were troublesome. I had two keys and had to try both multiple times to get them to work in both the lift and the parking gate. I am used to using card readers so it probably wasn’t my actions. The cards looked old and scratched and getting a green light was hit and miss

Great staff on front desk and very friendly and helpful finding takeaway food nearby as I arrived late and the restaurant was closed. Very comfortable bed and pillow which makes such a difference.

The room was modern and clean and the bed was very comfortable. With the double glazed doors shut we could not hear the motorway traffic. Unfortunately the air-conditioner was extremely noisy and kept us awake. We would be happy to stay in this hotel again if that issue was addressed. Our dinner in The American Bourbon Bar & Grill in the hotel was very enjoyable.
