While the hotel is very conveniently situated this means that it is surrounded by quite gritty urban streets - near a river crossing on/off ramp - which did not impact the amnenity of the hotel but may be less apealing to some visitors.

Great place to stay with short but enjoyable walk to the Conference Centre (marred only by the roadworks during my stay). Rooms were exceptional and modern with all relevant facilities and significant space appreciated. Izakaya and Whisky Bar setting was great, the only letdown was the limited amount of vegetarian options for both breakfast and dinner.

Absolutely loved the style and funky functionality of the room. The bed was comfy and the shower very satisfying. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar for happy hour, the vibe was smooth and sexy. We are looking forward to being able to have a reason to come back!

Without asking we received a room upgarade and 2 complimentary drink vouchers for the unique Japanese whiskey bar. The reception staff at check-in and out were amazing, very approachable, friendly and helpful. Parking, although off-site was close and reasonably priced for the CBD. Buffet breakfast was exceptional along with the service staff. I am not an employee of the venue but I do work in the industry. I do expect high standards from any establishment I am staying in, and Hotel Indigo surpassed them all. Great Venue.

Loved the decor and vibe of the hotel, rooms were beautiful and comfortable. I didn't even hear the traffic outside. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities were excellent and the restaurant was great. The hotel smelled really nice (sounds weird but you'll get it once you're here). Definitely coming back here next time I stay in Brisbane,

Good location, not 4 star
Good location in Brisbane CBD - however a very mixed stay. Positives- All furniture in room in good condition Reception and breakfast staff polite and efficient Cleaned daily with fresh towels if requested Negatives- Room very noisy both with outside road noise and other guests to the extent we were regularly woken up with noise. Very bright alarm clock in room, be aware this needs to be plugged in at all times, if the battery runs low it says “recharge” once a minute until it’s plugged in. This happened to us at 3am and was very unwelcome. Breakfast selection was ok but left out and not refreshed for example eggs were very dry and bread stale. Fruit cut so finely you could see through the melon. This is charged at $38pp if bought on the day and definitely not worth that. Amenities in room not replaced, we were left with no tea bags, dirty tea spoons and conditioner ran out on the last day. Deposit was $50 a night which may seem standard but something to consider when you stay multiple nights and think everything is paid before you arrive. Probably wouldn’t return.
