Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review out hotel, We do apologise that we did not meet your expectations. Our hotel has a lobby at reception and also a lovely pool area that our guests enjoy sitting by when they are waiting for either there room our a flight that is due later in the day, we do apologise that you feel this way.
