I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff and team were very lovely. They made my husband’s birthday special with the bottle of red wine and free cinema tickets they gave to us. That was really sweet of them! We also really enjoyed the pool and sauna. Would visit again whenever I’m in Brissy 😊

We only stayed for one night, so we bo booked a less expensive room. The room itself was comfortable, however, the noise level from the road, kept us awake. Given the level of outside and roadway noise, it does not appear the glass facing the roadway has been sufficiently noise proofed.

Cost saving to 'ease' check in was overly complex needing 4 people to get a number to call so that I could get in the building. Another time to get in the lift and then stayed on the line to get in my room. If you are not tech savvy and have a phone capable of NFC, don't stay here. If all works well, then it's good. Different people had different check in information.

Avoid if concern about data breach
The apartment is in a good central location with restaurants and supermarket downstairs. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No reception at the property, everyone works from home. You have to download their APP to access the property. But I did not like having to upload my ID to their portal prior to check in.

Great property in a great location situated in Wollongabba just a quick walk to the Gabba stadium and local surrounds. Being right next to a grocery shop and a range of eateries and cafes is the perfect addition with public transport right on the doorstep for easy access into the city centre. Staff are extremely accomodating to every need and more than willing to assist with any queries or concerns. The roof top pool, spa, sauna and steam room are an incredibly relaxing outlook towards Mt Cootha and the CBD.

looks great online. but the booking right through to getting to your room isn't a normal operation. if you are wanting to get to a room and relax straight away and check in normally this place isnt for you

Great spot for getting around Brisbane. Within walking distance of the city. Bus stop at your door. Grocers in the basement. Lovely rooftop pool and BBQ area. Would have liked a coffee machine. Bed great, however the tv could not be viewed from the bed. Comfy chairs needed for the lounge area. Current chairs not comfy. Nice clean area. Friday evening street market was nice.

Great apartment. Check was easy through WhatsApp just to make sure download the app for entering property (do hold your phone screen facing the sensor about 3second) The closest train station is closed for maintenance so bus would be the only way in and out A big Woolworth just around doorstep that's a big bonue
