Rooms have plenty of space and located central to eateries and entertainment- not happy with housekeeping no cleaning done just rubbish removed had to ask for clean towels etc. Never had this problem before.

This hotel is sketchy!!! I have a little one with me, and she almost got hurt by another guest. She was on dr*gs or something and wanted to steal my daughter’s belonging. The front desk had to call the police. He saw the whole thing. we stayed 3 nights and 2 out of the 3 nights, our rooms were not clean. Front desk name Holly is VERY extremely RUDE! She needs more trainings

Tired hotel with a great location

This hotel is tired and in desperate need of major renovations and upgrade to bring it into the modern era. The staff are always friendly, and we’ve been coming back for year simply due to its proximity to QPAC. However this was probably our last stay as the rooms are getting grottier and grottier. Mine smelt so badly of bleach that I had to leave the balcony open until I was ready for sleep as it gave me such a headache from the smell. The second room booked for my mum and aunt was in dire need of a complete redo in the bathroom and they were both applied at the state of the shower recess and bath. The bed was like sleeping on chicken wire and moved every time I turned over. The walls desperately need sound proofing, the windows need full black out blinds that actually block the sun and the decor hasn’t been updated since the 80’s Is my guess. Not much staff can do to combat a tired hotel that probably needs complete rebuilding.

Overall excellent with minor disappointment

Hotel location is great. Near to many amenities and cbd. Checkin was a breeze and the staff was helpful to allow us early check in. The only downside us the bath soap and shsmpoo. It comes in small tube and is not eco friendly. You usr about two body bath each day if you shower twice. I would suggest the hotel install dispenser or refillable bottles to cut diwn environmental waste.

Conveniently located. Free undercover parking. Room suited our needs, however some plumbing issue: each time toilet was flushed there was a lingering sewage smell in the entire bathroom. Helpful staff lend us an umbrella. Easy walk to museum / Goma /Southbank area.
