Property was a let down. It’s run down with obvious water problems as evidenced by mould on ceiling near windows in both bedrooms and lounge room walls. One blind in lounge was missing- impacting privacy from surrounding units whilst the other blind was filthy and needs replacing. The main bathroom whilst looking clean had a foul (poop/sewerage) smell. Overall was glad when morning arrived and we could get out. Sorry Steven, you need to spend some money on this place. Would not recommend.

Overall, great property. Close to many dining options, short walk to the main parklands hub. We only stayed one night, so didn't really explore the amenties of the complex. Apartment was clean and tidy. Enough space for the four of us. Parking spot close to the lift, made luggage handling easy.

Nice size room 2 good bathrooms nice balcony. Comfy lounge . Bed was a bit firm. Some better towels hand towels would be good and a couple more pillows on the beds would be great. Overall happy with price. Great location very convenient Good parking .

A great space to stay in Brisbane, very close to Southbank area and city, plus also close to the Gabba for the footy! Easy access and clean apartment. Great communication from the host. Would stay again and recommend to others too.

This property was a very average one. A studio style apartment which was not much bigger than a hotel room. Not much in little extras like tea bags/ coffee sachets/ shampoo/ conditioner/ soap bars which would be handy if you have been travelling long distances. Despite space for a normal size ironing board, we had a very small table ironing board for which there was no place to put it near a power sources. As the bathroom had a washing machine ( but no dryer), the bathroom sink was actually a a very deep laundry sink. Badly designed apartment with a lack of little extras to make your visit pleasant. In close proximity to South Bank ( 15 min ) walk was a bonus. Be aware there is no where close by to park your vehicle.
