Overall a nice stay but the shower kept running cold and then scolding, flashbacks to when I lived in an old apartment. They also charged for ice which I’ve never had happen, I asked for 2 glasses of ice and they gave us a whole bucket but charged $5

Carlo out front was excellent, and the concierge was delightful, both made our stay fun, we don’t do hotels very often but I do like Stamford, it’s not new, but the bed was excellent and staff lovely.

I had not stayed at the Stamford Paza for many years .... For many years it was my hotel of choice in Brisbane and I have hosted many functions there. This stay was totally undewhelming ... very disappointing. I thought the staff were poorly trained, the hotel offerings were poor. I would think you will be getting your backsides kicked by the other hotels in Brisbane. The place is clearly very poorly managed

A great location in the CBD but slightly off the main commercial track. Good for the botanical gardens and easy access to other key sites and CBD areas, as well as the river ferry service. Nice room with good bathroom and overall pleasant. A little worn in a few places, but minor.
