Reception was good and hassle free. Rooms were very quiet but stuffy. Outside area was rather noisy though. A lot of foot traffic for the area. I would recommend an extended stay.

The after hours check in process wasn’t clear or straightforward. Our room was spacious but in need of a refurb feeling very dated. The Pool/spa and grounds are beautiful and definitely the best part of the property. Easy walk to free ferry into Brisbane, it’s a great place to base yourself when visiting the river city.

Second time we have stayed here and again such a lovely property. The staff were friendly and helpful the room was big and very clean. The only downside were the towels felt like sandpaper and have had their day. Time to replace them. Will definitely be staying here again

4 night stay in Kangaroo Point
This is great place to base in Brisbane. Easy access to the city through walk over the Storey Bridge, or via the free city hopper ferry at Holman St. we had a studio apartment which was easily big enough for two of us. Heated pool and spa were great. Parking is easy and free. Access to one of the best French Patisseries I have been to around the corner, and several restaurants near by.

Upon arrival on a Friday night at 5.20pm the reception was closed. The writing on the front door showed the hours M-F 7am-5pm. No problem called the after hours button and all was fine. Room was suitable for a family of 3 adults although a bit tired compared to our friends room. Hotel is close to the Storey Hotel which had a good feed but very noisy. Close To the river which was lovely to walk along and catch a ferry.

Super confusing when arriving at night. Reception is in the middle of the complex, away from the street. It seems to be a residential building with holiday lets. Individual owners means an inconsistent accommodation experience. Windows blocked out the traffic noise well. Nice location to walk around Kangaroo Point.

Because our international flight arrived at 5 AM, we were at the hotel much earlier than the check-in time. The staff worked hard and had our apartment ready much earlier than check-in. They also provided us a book about Kangaroo Point walking tour which helped familiarize ourselves with the local area. Everyone was very nice at the facility.
