Facilities were sufficient however room was overpriced for that which was received. Limited capacity to pull up your vehicle upon entry. Was fairly noisy also.

We have stayed here before and it was a good stay but this time I was disappointed. The room could have done with an update. It was tired and old. But the bed was very clean and comfortable, the room was quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much to ask. I would stay here again but not in a room in an apartment.

The carpet was lifting and missing in places. Apartment required new carpet. A friend was staying in another apartment and the carpet was in the same poor condition. There was a strong odor when we entered the apartment. Had to leave the doors open all night, which due to its location on a main street was quite noisy. Did not sleep well. Would not recommend.

The property is old and lots of things could be repaired. The cleaning is mostly superficial, but air vent above shower was awful. Back of hairdryer was dusty. The elevator wasn't level with the floor so I kicked my toe and split my toenail. Luckily the location was handy.

I would not recommend this to anyone. Carpet had holes everywhere, PowerPoints hanging off the wall, showers were disgusting. The photos do not represent it at all. The only positive about it is the location.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Once past the foyer it was noticeable how aged the property is, lacking upkeep and maintenance over many years. Our room was good size and as clean as you can make an outdated room like this. Most disappointing part was the aircon- very noisy and undersized, carpets -stained and worn, bed - was okay but not great.
