The check is very complicated because it is all through text. I was camping in an area with limited internet, so i tried 3 times to register and couldn’t do it. So i couldn't get the front door entry code nor my room code. And when i got there i had to borrow someone’s phone as an international traveller, I don’t set up for telephone access. Wouldn’t recommend to my friends who asked for some place in Brisbane. Outside of that, its a great place as it is very clean and neat.

Truely budget motel don’t expect any comfort.
Very unusual system to call someone one remotely for every little thing. They don’t have a lift, which is unheard of in today’s day and age. The reception is unattended and all operations are done remotely There was an attempt of breaking in

The rooms were recently renovated and sound proof. The room was clean but small. Less than 40cm from foot of bed to the wall. After booking, a message was sent to keep blinds down from 7.30 am to 4 pm because the hotel was being painted. Prearrival online check-in was requested. Then another message to keep shower door shut, as steam activates fire alarm and fines apply if this happens. There were no staff & entry was by code locks sent after online check-in.

The facilities were very poorly kept. Loud and abusive and violent occupant's in other rooms. Lack of security, windows with security devices removed. People smoking and vaping out there room window's. The shower bathroom facilities are cramped. I didn't feel safe staying in the hotel at all and hardly slept after the police banging on my room door because of the violence in the next room.

I would not stay here again. Payment and check-in was inconvenient. I had to phone them to do both as no reception at the hotel. Kettle was filthy and didnt even work, light fittings broken, lumpy cheap mattress and familt room room the smallest room I've seen before. Window and batroom doors dirty. No thanks!

No reception. Just a code to get in front door & room door. A number to ring if any difficulties. No lift to upper floors, just stairs. Wifi free, & actually worked. My room, 219, was tiny, double bed and upper bunk bed squeezed in. But clean & comfortable, liquid soap & shampoo in tiny bathroom. Milk only in fridge, tea & coffee making facilities. No bedside lamp. One hanger only under a shelf. Convenient location only 10 minutes drive from the Royal Brisbane hospital & M5 and Legacy tunnels. Bus stop a few steps up the road. The only dining close by is Macca’s and a Caltex foodary across the road. My room close to Lutwitche road, so traffic noise early and late. Would recommend as a place to lay your head.
