Will never stay here again, it felt dirty throughout, grubby carpets and worn decor. To top that my shower was cold in the morning. When I told the receptionist she pulled a face and said she would get maintenance onto it. She had no training in how to deal with my complaint

Heating in the room did not work. Asked if we would like a blanket in a cold room. Said no as did not want to sit with a blanket around me . So they moved us rooms but offer no help to move luggage and they knew my husband had mobility issues which is why we asked for a room near the lift Moved us to another room 3 floors down and at he end of the corridor I appreciate they may not have another room near the lift but a bit of help to move luggage would have helped. Also told to return the old key to reception. So that meant 3 trips along the corridor to return key. Surely they could have offered some help. Girl in reception was not very friendly
