Beautiful Country House with Forest View & Garden

Stunning 5-bedroom country house overlooking the New Forest, featuring 1 super king, 3 king, and 2 twin beds. Perfect for families, with travel cots and stair gates available. Enjoy a private secure garden, pet-friendly amenities, and a spacious kitchen with an Aga. Relax in the cinema room with a 90-inch smart TV and SKY or in the children’s playroom. Newly refurbished bathrooms include a roll-top bath. Excellent location with forest views, and local pubs. Towels not provided.

Guests have use of the entire house.

Downstairs consists of fully equipped country kitchen with large dining table seating area, Childrens playroom, cinema room with open fireplace place, over looking the Forest, large entrance hall with seating area and children’s pool table / games cupboard, downstairs toilet, large bedroom with Super King bed, French doors opening onto the garden and Forest views to the front of the house.

First floor

Family bathroom- newly refurbished Luxury roll top bath and large shower. Views over looking the garden.

First bedroom - Two single beds, Ensuite shower room. Views both front and back.

Second bedroom- king size bed, large fitted wardrobes, beautiful forest views.

Third bedroom- King size bed, looking out over the garden.

Fourth bedroom - King size bed, fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower room, views over looking the Forest.

Front garden - secure garden with large table and two benches.
Directly over looking the beautiful woods.

Back garden- secure mature back garden.
Out door table and chairs.
Two sun beds.

I am available for any communication needed. After booking I am happy to help with advising on local activities and places of interest. Pub, lunches, walks and children’s activities ect.
During your stay I will be available should you have any questions. My aim is to try and make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

The property is within walking distance to the sea at Tanners lane within a an hours walk across the Forest.

There are two very good local pubs serving delicious food a short distance away.

The Pig in Brockenhurst is an excellent local venue for a special celebration.

There is sufficient car parking for four cars at the property. The road just outside is perfect for exploring the Forest on bike or foot. Dog walking, hiking and exploring the Forest can be done from the front door.

• Please keep the front gate shut at all times to avoid the local Donkeys coming into the front garden.

• There is never a need to turn off the Aga ~

• No towels provided.
Dogs are welcome but should be kept downstairs and off of the furniture ~ Four legged friends mess should be cleaned up in the garden before leaving.
