This beautiful holiday home is in an exclusive location, just a few steps from the fine sandy beach, with a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Not only because of its unique location, but also because of its special furnishings, it is exceptional and a guarantee for unforgettable holidays. You have your own wellness oasis in the house. In addition to the swimming pool with children's pool and water slide and the large whirlpool, there is also a sauna area (multifunctional sauna). You can try out a different type of sauna or the real steam bath every day. There's swimming fun and relaxation in any weather, with or without sunshine.

Families in particular like to treat this small, cosy Baltic seaside resort as their summer retreat. Schönhagen has around 1000 metres of fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, which seamlessly connects to the beach in Kappeln in the north and merges into a steep coast in the south. There are 60 comfortable holiday homes on the beach, directly behind the small promenade. Just 100 metres from the house is a children's playground where the little ones can let off steam to their heart's content.

Gute Erholung in schöner Lage.
Die Wohnung war sauber, mit allem nötigen bestückt. Wir waren gut zufrieden. Manko: 1 "Schlafraum" zum Wohnzimmer hin war nur mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt und als solcher nicht zu nutzen. Die Kleinkinder haben wir in den anderen Schlafräumen unterbringen müssen. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Mehr als 2 Personen haben darin keinen Platz. Schwimmbad, etc. war toll. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Schönes Objekt, optimale Lage, technischer Zustand stark zu beanstanden
Das Objekt ist technisch in die Jahre gekommen und gehört generalüberholt, das ist auch der Eindruck anderer Urlauber. Nicht passende und nicht feststellbare Duschköpfe, nicht ablaufende Waschbecken, klappernde Türen weil Türdichtungenh fehlen, keine Mappe mit technischen Bedienanleitungen, keine Einweisungen in Whirlpool/Sauna, allgemein keine Übergabe des Objektes, Übergabeprotokoll mit eingetragenen Zählerständen ohne Info. wo sich die Zähler befinden, kein Kaminbesteck, einige Heizkörper werden nicht warm etc. Ebenso keine Rückübergabe des Objektes, 2 x zurückgegebene weil nicht benutzte Bettwäsche will man nicht vergüten. So etwas bin ich von anderen Anbietern, z.B. Dan House nicht gewöhnt. Trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und wollen die Aufzählung an Mängeln nicht weiter überbewerten, nur will man das Gefühl haben, dass man "DAS" mal sagen muss.
