The perfect nature getaway. Creekside Arthouse is a custom cabin designed (completed end of 2022) for one to two families (accommodates up to 8 guests). Expansive windows blend the inside with the outside. There is also a rotational art display throughout the cabin. Hardwood and Pine trees surround the cabin. The wrap-around deck has views of a seasonal creek. This prime location is secluded, yet only minutes away from Beaver Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and close to all the fun attractions in Hochatown.

THE SPACE
This brand-new luxury cabin has two split master suites, each includes a plush pillow top king bed, Roku Smart TV, and reading nook. Both bedrooms have an attached walk-in Rainfall shower system. One master suite has direct access to the jacuzzi and deck.

The open floorplan features expansive windows with the perfect view of nature. The kitchen-dining-living space has an abundance of natural light and is versatile for family activities. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as: a gas stove and oven, large island, granite counter tops, stainless steel sink and high-end appliances. It is fully stocked with cooking and dining essentials.

The living area is furnished with a modern sectional sofa, floor-to-ceiling gas burning fireplace, and a 65” Roku Smart TV. The spacious farmhouse dining table comfortably seats 8 with an adjacent window nook to relax in (and cure any food comas).

Just outside the living and dining area is the outdoor living space, which is over 1,300 square feet. The wrap-around deck has a floor-to-ceiling gas burning fireplace, propane grill, 65” Roku Smart TV, a secluded 6 person jet hot tub, an outdoor shower, and plenty of seating for dining and entertaining. There are stairs from the deck that lead to the industrial firepit, perfect for a cozy spot to make s’mores and great conversation.

A separate studio/game room can be accessed from the deck. It includes 4 bunk beds with sturdy pillow top mattresses and a half bath. This space is the perfect place for fun! Create art, play board games, the activities are endless.

Impressive Property
As advertised, it was a 10/10 experience. Super cool design, huge deck, awesome amenities and by far the nicest kitchen I have seen in my 7 years of visit broken bow. Only one thing to make a note on, there are about 20 stairs headed downward to enter the house. It wasn’t an issue for us, but I could see it being an issue if you have an elderly friend/family.

Perfect house for a weekend getaway
This house is amazing - from the art work on the walls to the comfy beds and sofa to the well-stocked kitchen to the amazing floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the trees out back. Perfect layout for two couples. The hot tub on the back deck was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend.

Five stars in every way.
Rarely do you find a Vrbo or Airbnb that feels more like a home than a rental. The kitchen is as well stocked as my own home, with high quality utensils, organized and clean drawers, high quality dishes, and gorgeous decor. The artwork is amazing. So many details that made the home so welcoming - the cute yet comfortable chairs in the master bedroom, the basket of nice thick towels for hot tub use, nice soft throws, comfortable furniture, beautiful and comfortable bedding, VERY comfortable beds and pillows, firewood stacked and covered, and the lovely deck with nice furniture, gas fireplace and tv (and of course the hot tub!)…it’s truly a luxury home that is hard to leave! I almost always find something that isn’t as clean as I need for it to be (maybe I’m a little OCD:) when I travel, but not here. It was spotless. It even smelled clean - without any kind of air freshener smells. Showers and windows were beautiful as well. I can’t say enough nice things about this home and my stay there. It was exactly what myself, my sister, and two cousins needed to relax and recharge!

The Arthouse property was truly amazing. I stayed with my wife and infant and 2 dogs. You enter to a very comfortable living room and spacious kitchen/dining room with an open floor plan. Tall windows overlook the back deck and creek/forest area. The kitchen has top-notch utensils and cookware, everything you need to make a meal. There is an espresso maker and drip coffee maker. There are essentially two master bedrooms, one of each side of the house for privacy. Each room has a very cool shower; there are multiple knobs and spray settings and a digital temperature reading. The main master has a big tub as well. There is also a separated kids bunk room on the side of the house with its own door and tons of toys. The back deck has an outdoor tv/seating area and then hot tub and shower. The deck connects around to stairs on the side where there is an adult and kids sized fire pit. There is a horseshoe area and kids playground set that connects with the neighboring property. The driveway and the lot itself is on the side of a hill, so it is very steep in areas. If you have trouble walking, might be a concern, but we handled it just fine. This is a great house! We'd absolutely come back. Very clean and the owner Elaine was very nice and responsive. Lovely home.

Perfect Vacation house
This is a perfect definition of “home away from home.” My friends and I absolutely loved the house, it is equipped with all modern amenities and all the things you need. They have plenty of board games. Host Elaine was very sweet and helpful. We would love to come back here. I will highly recommend this place.

We had a fabulous time at The Art House. From the moment we opened the door it felt like home. The television was playing and the air conditioning was blowing. Wonderful vacation home!
Absolutely loved staying here. Elaine was very easy to work with and accommodating. Home was beautiful and, although in a mountain/hilly neighborhood, really felt secluded and serene. The art room was perfect as two of our party are artists and loved the separate room to get inspired in. Will definitely be coming back again!

Modern Arthouse - Amazing!

Loved the property. The hot tub and showers were awesome. Kitchen had everything one might need. The only thing that wasn’t obvious to me was that the bunk bed room required entry from outside, it’s separate from the main house/rooms. Overall I have zero complaints and would stay again.
