I never slept, it was so bad and dirty. I asked for it to be cancel, the lady there said she did cancel but fast forward, I never got no cancelation email or my refund. Anytime I called, they will pick and tell me to call back that they are busy. This is terrible experience and I don't thing any sensible person should even try it.

It was a good place to stay. Not he best but it was cheap and can't complain about it. Minor roaches and I'm sure we got bit by bedbugs we stayed 3 nights in which they were quick to give me my room and the staff were very friendly and kind. Environment was 10. Hotel itself a 7

Straight out of a horror movie!! Stay Away!!
Worst experience and dirties hotel ever, the place looked like straight of a horror movie. It smelled like mold there’s people living there next to you, homeless people outside. I called hotels.com to rebook me and they wouldn’t help me and were not worried about my family’s safety. Worst experience ever!! Stay away

Hotel was old and shady looking. The staff was unprofessional. We were escorted up to our room and when we turned on the light, 3 roaches came out of the sink (which was right next to the bed) and 3 more out from the drawers. We immediately walked out. The girl said that the hotel didnt have roaches, only that room, and that the reason was a guest stayed there for 3 weeks and didnt let them clean it. I'd never recommend this to anyone
