Great location if you want to be close to the city centre but away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel was very modern and staff were excellent. Only downside is that the rooms can get quite hot and the aircon isn’t great. You can be in Bruges train station within a few minutes so this hotel is great if coming from Brussels or elsewhere in Belgium.

The service from the reception staff was not friendly or helpful and you were made to feel like you an inconvenience. The knowledge of the local area was poor with no extra effort to help with queries.

The hotel was very good and met our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the staff in that area friendly and obliging. My only minor issue was with housekeeping where it seems every day they omitted to do something in the room. This was rectified by the team on the front desk who always helped. This would not stop me staying there again but a little irritating.

Excellent property. Very convenient transportation options near the train station and Lots of parking however it is 20 minutes walk to the city center. Not terrible if you like walking but for some might not be best. Otherwise this is a very nice hotel.

Used this hotel as a stop over on our roadtrip from UK, perfect for what we needed lovely comfy clean rooms, very modern all at a great price! Staff were very friendly, Lovely hotel would recommend to anyone. Will be staying again in the future!

Very nice room and hotel. On site dining was very spendy for a family. We had to walk to train station for coffee, nothing in the room.
