Very noisy location ... apartment very worn and tired . Most balcony doors broken .

The property was quite dirty and out dated, creaky floorboards, separated toilet to bathroom which was quite far from each other, toilet was dirty inside and stained. We booked a 3 bed apartment with 4 people and shared one bathroom which was inconvenient and did ask to change however this wasn’t available. The property looks different in the pictures compared to in person and the rooms were so far from each other. 2 of the bedrooms were connected by a door so this was inconvenient at night when going to the toilet as the person would be disturbed. We also couldn’t get the TV to work even after asking someone about it. Basic apartment.

Perhelomanen

Huoneisto sijaitsi vastaanotosta alle kilometrin päässä. Sijainti oli loistava, keskusasemalle n. 10 min kävelymatka. Huoneisto oli 5 kerroksessa, kivat näkymät. Hissi talossa ja rauhallista. Ikkunaseinäinen makuuhuone hieman viileä kylmällä säällä, mutta peitot olivat lämpimät, 2 makuuhuonetta. Paikka vastasi tarpeitamme (4 aikuista) oikein loistavasti ja sieltä oli helppo lähteä liikekkeelle eri kohteisiin. Sopii perheelle, pariskunnille ja kaveriporukalle. Avaimet asuntoon sai klo 14 ja aamulennolla tulleina meille jäi hieman aikaa kuljeskella kaupungilla ennen avaimen saamista. Matkatavarat sai onneksi jättää vastaanton tiloihin odottelemaan.

Tolle zentral gelegene AppartmentAnlage

Lage und Ausstattung des Appartments waren sehr gut. Es war schon etwas laut und Familien sollten sich vorher informieren, ob Veranstaltungen auf dem großen Platz vor der Oper stattfinden. Wir haben während der Nuit Blanche bis 5 Uhr morgens kaum schlafen können. Einziger Makel: Der Preis lag leider deutlich über dem Preis, den der Vermieter bei einer möglichen Direkt-Buchung genommen hätte.

Gutes Apartment mitten im Trubel

Für Leute die sich im Trubel der Touristenströme mitten in der Altstadt wohl fühlen und auch in der Nacht einen festen Schlaf haben, ist die Unterkunft ganz gut gelegen. Absolut zentral ohne Autoverkehr. Also die Parkplätze sind eher zu weit weg und man muss sein Zeug durch die ganze Stadt schleppen.
