The breakfast is so good and staff clean up the table right after the guests finished the breakfast. All staffs are friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Our room is spacious and clean and are walking distance to most sceneries, restaurants and easy transportation. Highly recommended this hotel.

This Holiday Inn Express is fantastic. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is very modern and super clean. Our room and bathroom were excellent and the breakfast was the greatest, with so many options. My only issue was not enough surface space in the room but that is typical with most hotels, and I had to really futz with the curtains to overlap them so that no light came in. That could be improved with a blind behind them. Otherwise I would stay here anytime and I highly recommend it.

Very good check in experience. Room somewhat small with no mini fridge. Bedding very hot but good air conditioning. Bathroom was small but adequate although the wash basin was ridiculously large. Good selection of food for breakfast. Be aware that the neighbourhood is undergoing a lot of reconstruction

A very nice place to stay in, yet the parking at property was unavailable and we needed to park away at an exoense higher than what is stated when booking. Also the breakfast did not have a great variety.

Brussels unsafe in so many ways
Unfortunately this was not the best stay at this hotel. I encountered a room that was not in good condition. Toilet was not clean properly, then shower door was ripped at the bottom of the shower door. Than money was taken my my bag in my room. Nobody did anything or followed up with me because they told me every time I asked about it that the manager was on vacation. Then right before I left I requested a taxi service which the hotel works on partnership with the taxi company and the taxi driver ripped me off in overcharged me more than $500 for a ride to the airport. I reported immediately to the hotel to let them know about it so they won’t use this company any more if fears this will happen to other guest.

Convenient location to Grand Palace and transportation. Beds comfortable unless you sat or rolled to edge. Weirdly they were not supported on edges and you would slip off of not careful. Excellent included breakfast! Wide variety of items to stay the day
