Dear [Hotel Name/Manager],
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we encountered during our stay on Friday, January 3rd, at approximately 12:30 PM at the reception desk. While requesting routine information about fees, one of your employees responded in an unhelpful and unfriendly manner, ultimately walking away without addressing my concerns.
I then requested to speak with a manager, but it remains unclear if this feedback was escalated or addressed. This experience left a negative impression on what would otherwise have been an enjoyable stay.
I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and ensure appropriate action is taken to improve the level of professionalism and customer service provided at your reception desk. A response detailing any follow-up or measures being implemented would be greatly appreciated.
