Everything was fantastic, my only complaint is that the rooms were very hot. Even with the windows open in December. Great location, close to everything, staff was fantastic.

It was literally so close and convenient, just on the square only a few hundred yards from central square. So close to the shops, the Christmas markets around the corner from the station and metro. The hotel was warm and welcoming the perfect location to pop back with bags. The room.was comfortable a bit strange with a separate toilet which could have done with a little handbasin. Great breakfast something for all.

The hotel is ok, it has almost everything needed, but the pillows are of bad quality, the sink stinks when turned on for a few seconds, the área is súper noisy and you can also hear noise from other rooms all light long, there is no whole body mirror, no conditioner and no moisturizer. The location is very conveniently close to the train station and all main turist attractions.

The hotel was average, the room was also average. The soap in the bathroom did smell amazing however. It was in a very central location. Close to the Brussels Central train station and the metro. It was also very close to the Grand Palace and all the restaurants, cafes and shopping. It was a bit loud outside but nothing a pair of earplugs can’t deal with. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable.

What you pay for is just the view of the square if you get a room, the carpet is old and dirty, the water pipe is full when the water falls, the towels are horrible they scratch you when you dry yourself, the hotel is very expensive for what it offers.

It’s really near to Brussels Central station. When I arrived there around 9:30, I could easily found a restaurant also, I could get back to hotel quickly

Location is great. Rooms are dark, light is very dim, can not tell if the carpet is clean, the sink was not draining properly, the mini bar was not cold enough, the shower water flow is slow, the shower height is not enough and needs to step up to get to the shower. No longer having a Nespresso bar. Breakfast quality is below standard. Quality of place is worse than previous 2 years.

Receptionists/concierge were all great! We booked for 3 adults. We were provided 3 free bottles of water the first day in the room. 3 coffee cups w/spoons all laid out ready to use. It was very nice and convenient to have a Nespresso and an electric kettle for hot water. Wish they provided 3 slippers and bath robes as well. Our room was in the basement so it was kind of cold. The temperature control was locked so we can’t change the temperature to make it more comfortable. I had to pay over $20 more on local taxes at the property than what was quoted to me through Expedia. Otherwise, it was in a very convenient location with plenty to see, do, and eat within walking distance.

Great hotel, great location!
The hotel is very nice - located in the heart of Brussels historic distric. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is like new. Highly recommend!!

Right in the Centre of Grand Place
Great place to stay as we were right in the centre. Amenities were closer so was the train station. Everything is within walking distance! Rooms were clean and cozy. The only issue we had is that we couldn't get the thermostat to work properly and the charging stations (usb-port) besides the bed were out of order. Other than that, we had a great time!
