Great hotel, great location!
The hotel is very nice - located in the heart of Brussels historic distric. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is like new. Highly recommend!!

Right in the Centre of Grand Place
Great place to stay as we were right in the centre. Amenities were closer so was the train station. Everything is within walking distance! Rooms were clean and cozy. The only issue we had is that we couldn't get the thermostat to work properly and the charging stations (usb-port) besides the bed were out of order. Other than that, we had a great time!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! the room carpet and the chairs in my room were very dirty, the walls had many stains and scratches, and everything looks poorly maintained. Front desk staff was inexperienced and not very willing to help, my room had a broken AC and took them two days to fix it. On the other hand, the location is great, just few minutes from Great Place and Central Station, but there are 2 or 3 hotels next door to choose from.

We had a very average experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating but the problem is that it's rated as a 4 star hotel and I would describe this more like a motel. Rooms are very small with very small bathrooms. Location is excellent so very convenient

Not a fan of their Breakfast. The door to the shower and washroom opened to the room, so washing our hands in the middle of the night was such an inconvenience and would wake up everyone. Location was perfect.

Great location, adjacent to the train station and main attractions in Brussels. Comfortable room, small shower but also had a full size soaking tub. Close enough to restaurants and shops to have some noise in the evening but did not keep us awake. Convenient restaurant/bar and snacks available for sale in the lobby.

Novotel is the best. It was regularly clean. The staff was very helpful. The area around is easily accessible for restaurants. The Brussels Central station is two minutes walk away from the hotel.

The hotel room has beg bugs !! I have been bitten all over and when i told the teamm at reception, they didnt say much, they said it xould be mosquitoes may be and thats all. No apologies , no concern on even showing them the red marks all over my hands and neck and legs. Expected lot more from them to respond to a serious issue. Nightmare to ensure we dont carry it back home and had to throw a lot of things out Only good thing was the location
