good value. but limited shuttle schedule. The bus ran frequently, but there was no departure curb service. It was quite a long walk to departure. Airport elevators were erratic. The breakfast was great. I would stay there again. The airport bus (number 272 and 188) ran frequently and you can pay easily by tapping a credit card. Only 12 minute ride including 11 stops. The bus stops right in front of the hotel. Hang on if you are dealing with luggage, because the drivers are always in a hurry and drive and stop fast on numerous curves and turns.

The wait at 9:00 PM for check-in was 45 minutes, due to only staff member working the check-in counter. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was very nice, bottle of waters, coffee maker, hairdryer, magnifying makeup mirror; all needs were met. Breakfast choices were amazing.

I stayed for one night, twin doubles, to fly out of Brussels next day. There is a very safe and secure parking garage that I liked to protect my rental car. Even inside you need your key card to access entrance to your floors as well as rooms. So I thought he security was excellent, you are safe there. Next my room was spotless, I needed help to adjust the thermostat and service sent someone up in a few minutes. I had diner with soup and margarita pizza, was very good and not too pricy. Wifi was excellent. Just 4 km from airport. Nice place. Great staff.

Nice clean hotel not far from the Brussels airport with a low cost shuttle to the terminal. My only critical comment was the overly priced Apple tart with ice cream. It was small and really not that good for the price of 12 Euros. I ordered without checking the price so I goofed. Don’t make that mistake. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Staff was great my room was ready early and they allowed me to check in. They gave directions to where i needed to go. The hotel airport shuttle service does not run all day and is not very convenient but excellent property and the buses are reliable and it's not too far from the train

Nice hotel, conveniently located. No airport shuttle service on Sunday so had to take a cab for 20 euro, this should be better advertised as I was looking for a hotel with a shuttle. Most other hotels in the area have a running shuttle on Sundays. There was a schedule at the airport, the hotel could easily share this on their website. 5 euros each way for the shuttle, other hotels were complimentary. Multiple mosquitos in the room despite sleeping with the windows shut, they bit us all night. Breakfast pretty good. Restaurant dinner also good but expensive, no other options near the hotel.
