The property is very good, I loved that it is close to everything in front of the hotel. There is a small restaurant and you can do everything on foot, I recommend it.

Nice hotel. The lobby and dining area has a nice design. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is not near Grand Place. The orange juice at breakfast should be freshly squeezed. Thei ibar prices are extortionate. We accidentally opened a bottle of water and had to pay €10

The location is good because it is close to the station, but it is a bit uphill, so it may be difficult to walk if you have luggage. There is no hot food corner prepared by a chef for breakfast, and the menu has limited variety. There is a partition in the shower in the bathroom, so the water often overflows, which is very inconvenient. The hotel staff is friendly, so this is a good point.

Great Hotel with good service and great location
Great hotel. Junior Suite was a good size with King sized bed in a different room to the pull out double sofa bed. Bathroom was clean and of a good size with a good quality shower and separate room for toilet, which was handy. House keeping service was very good and quick when we asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed. Lots of complimentary goodies for the kids. Room temperature was great and easy to control - air conditioning was working fine. Breakfast was very high quality with a good selection within the buffet as well as the option to order from the A La Carte menu - the smashed avocado on sourdough with poached eggs was cooked perfectly. Location is also great with most sights including the square being no more than 5 - 10 minutes walk away. We parked within the hotel car park, which was very convenient. However, there was no lift/elevator from the basement car park (several stair cases down) for us to bring our luggage up. When I asked at reception, we were not really given much help, other than to wait 30 minutes for concierge to help us. We ended up dragging our luggage up ourselves
