Loved the conveniece of walking about 25 steps from the hotel into the Brussels airport. Great room, comfortable bed and great lighting in the bathroom. Worth the money and hassle-free. Restaurant on site.

I liked that it is a one minute walk from the airport departure area. The waiters could be a bit quicker to come and take your order. The food was excellent. Some waiters barely speak French and even worse Dutch. I thought Brussels was in Belgium.This is my favorite airport hotel.

Stayed one night before flight. Clean, quiet and convenient. Even though it’s literally 39 steps from the terminal the only noise we heard was from others opening and closing doors in neighboring rooms in the morning. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, nice soaker tub.

I liked the feel when we first walked into the property lobby. The lobby area was very pleasing to the eye, that’s where it ended. I found the employees that I encountered in the lobby during check in were very rude to us, did not set off the flavor right. Went into the bar area, and had to beg someone to serve a drink to me, I stood at the bar for over ten minutes until I was finally addressed, to only to be dismissed by the several employees there, they kept serving the customers that arrived after before they we all served and then addressed me. This happened two different times during the visit. This Sheraton has an initiative to help the planet, “one tap at a time” by saving plastic bottles from getting into the environment by selling you a self manufactured bottle and your to use tap water, that’s all well and good, but what I had seen is a company looking for a way as to not provide courtesy bottled water in the room. This is completely hypocritical of this property, the rooms were in a total state of disrepair as drawers were broken so much that they were unable to be used, the toiled constantly leaked water down the drain, there were NO shelves in the fridge and most of the materials used to build this hotel are cheap plastic. Things like the facet in the tub shower was laying in the bottom of the tub, unusable, placed it on the sink counter with a note and it stayed there for the three days we were there. Do NOT use this property at any cost, third world countries

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Check-in and checkout were both straightforward and quick. The hotel's decor is a touch dated, but nothing bad. We'd stay again if our travel plans took us to Brussels.
