Great views, close to metro and bus, walkable distance to Grand Place and near by shopping. Very pleasant staff, clean and comfortable room. Yummy breakfast. Will stay there again.

Good hotel in a difficult place
The hotel is located in an area with high end fashion stores but limited eating choices. It is a 70m walk to a metro but requires a change train to get to the centraal or airport stations. The rooms are good and clean and provide free beverage items. The premiom lounge upstairs is available during the day with limited drink choices but has snacks and some spirits added between 5 and 8pm. We would probably stay there again.

The hotel was fine, about 20 minute walk from grand place, but you have to pay €50 desposit when you arrive at the hotel which you receive back in 3 working days.... im still wanting for it to return... after 4 days i have no hope

This hotel becomes old. Furnitures damaged. Not matching a 4 stars hotel at all. I travel a lot in 4 or 5 stars hotel and this one is definitely not in those categories. Service is poor. And management changed for the worse. No more concierge to help you with luggage. Self checkin to permit a reduction of workers.

Impression mitigée : Points positifs : Chambre propre, spacieuse et belle vue sur Bruxelles Bonne literie Très bon petit déjeuner Personnel agréable en globalité Hôtel bien situé Points négatifs La climatisation ne fonctionne pas donc en période de canicule la nuit a été courte ! Comme on est rentré tard je n’avais pas le courage d’aller réclamer à l’accueil un changement de chambre ou une réparation de la climatisation. J’en ai toutefois fait part au personnel lors du Check out mais cela ne lui a fait ni chaud ni froid ! La télévision ne fonctionne pas non plus ! Parking cher Le canapé est abîmé Et petit bémol pour le respect de l’environnement car même en coupant toutes les lumières, les éclairages des placards de l’entrée restent allumés jour et nuit !

The team went over and beyond to provide a world class experience. The restaurant is fantastic. Highly recommend the grilled prawns and ribeye. The lounge has stunning views. Do yourself favor and book a room which includes lounge access. It’s worth every penny! Everyone was fantastic. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Brussels.

Excellent location, decent hotel
Enjoyed the stay here overall and would recommend because the location is excellent and this is generally a nice hotel. Received a lower rating because the parking garage was full and staff did little to help with situation. If you have a car make sure to either check ahead or be prepared to use city parking.
