Felt as if I was in the heart of the city; thereby draw-back of taking a long time to transfer to and from airport (because of traffic) though realise you can't do much about that. Would still visit again if I come back to Romania

My stay at Novotel Bucharest
The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The room itself was nice and clean. It was a little weird that the toilet doesn’t have a sink and is separated from the bathroom but we got used to that. The breakfast was great. The only downside to the hotel was the WiFi which was slow and tended to disconnect a lot.

Good location, old and dirty rooms
Old furniture and upholstery with many stains on carpeted floor. A/C wasn't working well and the room was very hot. Staff are not hospitable.. the only positive point is location.

Decent stay
The staff wasn’t very friendly. Not unkind or rude, just not friendly. We were disappointed upon arrival as we had requested adjoined rooms or at least rooms near each other when we made the reservation. We were given rooms on different floors. I had also called the day before to confirm and they said it would be possible. So that was a disappointment for our family.

GREAT LOCATION
This hotel was in the perfect location. So close to restaurants and Bars within a few minutes walk. Would definitely book again
