The hotel let us check in early as they had a room ready which was a real blessing as I was feeling under the weather. Very clean. Interesting mid-century modern furniture., probably original.

Dated and disappointing
A good location for hop on hop off bus and metro. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Room was very hot, air con didnt help, if you left a window open you were awake at 5am as the street was noisy. Very dated room, small and in need of total makeover. Breakfast was a bun fight, area too small where food was and staff very slow to top up food, especially bread and pastries.

Other than the lubby, the property is run-down. We asked to change our room as the shower, the shower door, and the shower head were covered by mold. The toilet water tank was covered by dust. Staff at the lobby not only were unfriendly but also rude. Couple of them even were not from Budapest, hence they couldn't provide basic information. We do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel location was good. Short walk from 2 subway stations. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds and decent sized washroom. The dinning room serves delicious and artistically presented foods. The staff are are friendly and helpful. No complaints!

3 days post river cruise in Budapest
Stayed here for 3 nights post rivet cruise - great location close to Metro, Bus and Trams - great dining options within minutes walk - hop on / hop off bus route minutes away - most front desk staff a bit indifferent to enquiries and requests for help - one male stood out and was really good - advertised Bell hop and Porter is mythical - does not exist - included breakfast was adequate without being fantastic - we stayed in a superior double which has obviously been recently renovated and was really nice - plenty of storage and bathroom excellent - not all rooms are to this standard as was our friend’s room across the hallway. Room was quiet (114) and A/C worked well

Centrally located , easy walk to the sights and sounds of the area. Definitely would stay again if on a city break in Budapest. Staff spoke good English, so able to be very helpful too.
