The property, area is fine. However one morning 8am 2 workmen unlocked the door to my room, without knocking, started moving tables chairs, carpet around, and started working, plus bringing a bunch of power tools with them. While I was sleeping. Doing this without asking me, or any warning/notice from the management. Very unsafe and intrusive. Other than that, the property, and area was fine.

The room was great. The staff so helpful. When our first room had a issue with lacking freezer they quickly moved us to another option and it was on the 4th floor great space. When we needed a coffee or anything they quickly helped out. If you need baggage storage/or drop off as our luggage had to be delivered late they were again so helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

The location of the apartments is excellent, easy to walk around to all the touristy areas. I booked the superior apartment with balcony and was very disappointed. The pictures online do not reflect the apartment that I stayed in. There is a huge difference from the nice pictures online to the one that I got. There was no picture of our bathroom online, and the shower was very inconveniently placed pointing towards the glass. There was mould in the corner of the bathroom and near the balcony door. The bed was not one single queen bed - it was 2 mattresses (slightly bigger than singles) next to each other on wooden slats. And the slats kept collapsing! Overall, disappointed with the apartment I ended up with. I don’t think it’s fair to charge the same price for an apartment that looks very clean with good furniture and for the apartment that I got.

Apartments are very clean and tidy and matched expectations from photos, check in/out was easy and also the apartments are safe as you need a card at all times to get into the main building before going up to your room which is good for obvious reasons.
