Fantastic superior room very spacious, blinds kept all light out which helped our sleep. Also friendly staff helped up with everything we needed. Spa facilities were great after a long day very clean too. Well recommended indeed

Fantastic!

Wish I could’ve stayed even longer! Fabulous hotel in a great, convenient location, metro very close so a great base. Lovely rooms, friendly staff who were exceptionally helpful, couldn’t be happier!

Great Hotel close to city centre

Pros: nice clean rooms and staff very friendly and helpful
Cons: towels are abit old and cleaners missing things in rooms, like on the floor or dirty spoons. a eye to detail missing a little
Location: close to city centre, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby
enjoyable stay at the hotel, pleasant staff, lovely rooms. close to the city cantre and best stops. short distance by taxi or on foot to bars and restaurants

lovely hotel in good location.but air con in rooms

Pros: good location
Cons: staff trained better,and be more prepared to go the extra mile for customers.
first day for breakfast no English breakfast tea bags so asked breakfast manager,which he replied no sorry we do not have any. 2 mins later he hands me one ,when I asked for another later he said no nomore until tomorrow 1 or 2,when I asked why can I not have 2 today he replied too expensive not part of breakfast. air con was not working properly in our room on arrival and was so hot. set dail to 5c but still too hot to sleep. called front desk and the guy came up and told me to set it to max temp 25c and will cool and a engineer will look at in the morning. uncomfortable night and not sure if engineer did come as no better. I asked for a fan as hotel was full could not move us, no sorry no fan.had to sleep with door open to verandah still uncomfortable. Last night set dail to 5c again and could not believe it it cooled lovely and they had both times told me to set to 25c and I was wrong,i was so angry having 3 very uncomfortable nights,staff should be trained better to help customers. .Also spa opened at 5pm,we went down at 5.30pm no towels had to go to front desk to complain,would you not think if it opens at 5pm they would check first as there was only 4 people in there before us. When you stay in any hotel the really main thing is they provide you with a good nights sleep on this occasion they failed.also mattresses were very firm.

Weekend in budapest

Lovely hotel great weekend only problem was that we had to pay extra for breakfasts when it said on our paperwork that meal was included.

Great location, great staff!

our group of eight stayed in four double rooms on the forth floor. Rooms were very good, clean and well maintained. The hotel staff could not do enough for us, taxis, restaurant recommendations, sights to see etc. The facilities were good jacuzzi sauna and steam room! If I was being picky I'd say breakfast was expensive! But hay Budapest was so cheap for food we just ate out like kings each meal time! I'd book the hotel again without hesitation! 1200 checkout time was a touch!

Beautiful Budapest Break

We booked this hotel for a city break. The staff were lovely and they were very helpful. The hotel was located a fair distance from the airport (cost 7,000-8,000Ft by taxi which is less than £20) but close enough to the places that we wanted to visit either by foot or metro. I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent Location. Great value for money.

The location is perfect. 5 minute walk from the town centre. The staff are very friendly. My only critique would be that the cleaners did not come to clean our room until 3pm which I feel is very late and no tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom.
