Great weekend break

beautiful hotel

i spent five nights at this beautiful boutique hotel in central budapest and couldnt have been happier, the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. the rooms were beautifully decorated and the hotel itself charming and extremely comfortable. i would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent hotel

Hotel Nemzeti was brilliant- the staff were really helpful, the rooms were clean, the beds amazingly comfortable and the location was great. I would recommend it!

no bother but feeling of being wanted

This hotel was perfectly situated and the staff were excellent. After having a few beers most nights there was never any problems having a lie in and not being bothered. Whilst being left alone as we required, when we did need help with directions, airport transportation etc., the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Can honestly say one of the best hotels we have stayed in, with really helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend

Fabulous Hotel

Well we upgraded to this hotel from the offer from bookers. It cost an extra £20 and it was the best £20 spent. Fabulous hotel, great location (next to the metro) , decent breakfast, fab room with walk in shower, very modern and everything spotless and in excellent working order. The cherry on the cake were the staff, both in the restaurant and on reception were fabulous - real customer service. Very many thanks to you lovely people but can you make the weather a little warmer? We will come back.

Most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept in

Staff extremely friendly and attentive. All the facilities and services were excellent. Very good location for both the highly efficient Budapest Metro and Tram services. We'd booked 6 months in advance to visit the Christmas Markets etc, in consequence our stay was not only enjoyable but excellent value. Very minor niggle: a larger lip in the shower cubicle to prevent water seepage.

Very nice hotel

The hotel was centrally located, walking distance to some of the sites. Staff were friendly. The rooms were lovely, very comfortable. The only downside is the bar. I would not really call it a bar, more of a room off reception with a small bar and a few chairs. No atmosphere. Also we did not have breakfast included and it €19 each to have it, very very expensive.

Super hotel

Great hotel slightly out of centre but close to choice of transport (which is very cheap). Rooms not big but very well equipped, especially the beds which are very comfy. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel just recently refurbished and it has retained some fabulous original features (fab staircase and ceiling in breakfast room) while modernising the bedrooms. Breakfast good value, vast choice.
