Dear Shar, Thanks for your post. I was pleased that you liked our hotel and its great location as well as the good breakfast and relaxing pool area. However I was sad to read about your experience with the bed. If you did express that to our staff and they were not able to assist to your satisfaction, I do apologize. If you didn't, please know that adjustments can be made to the mattress to make it feel firmer or softer, depending on a guest's preferences. We hope to see you on another occasion.
