Overall it was good, but I noticed two problems. 1st. our room was positioned towards the Boulevard and it was loud. 2nd. the cleaning in the bathroom was not very well done, it should be done more carefully out of respect for the visitors,

Looks can be deceiving!
The room was hot due to Air Con not operating. The bathroom sink had a number of cracks on it, the shower base was very grubby & the veneer on the toilet seat was peeling off it. When I plugged in my charger for my phone, the electricity in the room blew, so we had to get assistance from reception. Once reset, none of the sockets worked. They did offer us a change of room, however by that point we were really tired from the journey & also had unpacked.

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Besonderen Dank an Herrn Bayram, der uns herzlich empfangen hat und für all unsere Fragen immer bereit stand. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden wieder kommen. Danke Herşey için teşekkür ederiz. Harika bir otel. Temiz odalar, harika kahvaltı ve çok iyi bir personel. Ama Bayram beye ayrica güler yüzü ve misafir perverliği için çok teşekkür ederiz. Mutlaka yine geleceğiz. Teşekkürler Vitta Hotel
İki gün olan konaklama planımızı üç güne çıkardık ve bize bu konuda ve ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Temizlik, kahvaltı, personel hepsi 5 yıldız. Türk olduğumuzu anlayınca Türk kahvesi ikram eden sıcak kanlı işletmeciler, güler yüzlü personel ve en önemlisi metroya dolayısıyla şehir merkezine yakınlığı harikaydı. Zaten Budapeşte 'ye birkaç günlük bir gezi planınız varsa bizim gibi 72 saatlik biletlerle sınırsız toplu taşıma hakkı elde ediyorsunuz. Bizim küçük çocuğumuz olduğu için burdan 750 m uzaklıktaki metroya bile otobüsle gittik. Durak otelin önünde. Metro yürüme mesafesinde ve yine altında büyük bir market olması da harika. Çocuklu çocuksuz herkese tavsiye ederiz.
