This wonderful, spacious semi-detached family holiday home is ideally located only 500 yards from the beach. The property has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard, and has an enclosed garden with sitting-out area, ideal for al fresco dining. This is a great location for a family holiday, or for friends to get together, and is also ideal for walkers, bird watchers and cyclists, or just to have a relaxing holiday by the sea. Budleigh Salterton has many independent shops, lovely tea rooms and wonderful pubs. Being so close to the Jurassic Coast, this is the ideal base for walking; the coastal path takes you to Lyme Bay, Branscombe, Beer, Sidmouth and Seaton, and Exeter, with its cathedral, is 11 miles away. There is so much to do, whether you are taking a family holiday or a short break away. Take a trip to Dartmoor with its ponies, tors and pubs tucked away in the countryside. Take a drive to Exmouth; the River Exe is a favourite haunt for bird watchers, or take a boat across to Starcross. There are also many golf courses nearby and NT properties all worth visiting. Paignton and Torquay are within driving distance, where you can visit Kent’s Cavern, the model village, and enjoy boat trips which take you to Brixham. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.

Fantastic location
Returned today after a fabulous 4 night holiday. Cosy, everything we needed for us & our two small dogs. Perfect place to stay in Beautiful Budleigh. We will return again. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay
