The rooms and hotel were very clean. When we needed extra towels we got them right away. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Called ahead of time and asked for a room away from the elevators and in a quiet area due to being a light sleeper. I was assigned a room next to the elevator and ice machine, with the windows facing the freeway. Literally constant noise from traffic day and night. Check in staff member was mediocre. Cleaning staff was very nice. Bed and pillows were great. Loved how soft the bed linens were. Hotel is located in a convenient area with food options and close to freeways. My experience was a mix of terrible to great, hence the average rating.
