Weird enjoyed this property. The front desk security is excellent. The pool area is nice. The room is fabulous. The beds were comfortable and they provided plenty of pillows and blankets. The water pressure and temperature for great. we could walk to San Telmo markets come to the water and the national cathedral. We felt safe the whole time. We will definitely stay at this location again

Nice and clean place, but not for everyone

I have mixed feelings with this hotel. First of all, it's not a hotel, it is an apartment building. It was clean and very comfortable. However, there is no daily cleaning and/or exchange of towels. At your request, they can clean and and bring you towels but keep in mind that there is no "Front Desk". You will have to write via whattsapp, or email and you need to be in your apartment for them to enter (at least is good security!). In our apartment there was no closet to hang clothes, thus everything had to be kept folded. It appears to be a space for closet, but there was no poll. It had a small kitchen area, with a small fridge and microwave that was good to have our snacks and/or leftovers. The area is close to Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo and Calle Florida. During the day it was easy to walk the area (although a little dirty and stinky streets). However, at night there was not many people in the streets and felt a little unsafe for me. Another con is that you can hear everything from the street at night. Our stay included the 24, 25 and 31 of December, and we heard festivities around. For me this is a place you can stay if you want to be out during the day, but doesn't care to go out at night, and if you have been before in Buenos Aires. For those people who want to enjoy the night life, or is your first time in Buenos Aires, this is not the place/area. A nicer area will be Palermo or Recoleta.

We arrive early for check in , but they kept our luggage in storage and we were able to go to nearby SanTelmo market . The area is walkable if you like to discover small cafe , even groceries and bakery. In and out of the hotel was easy using index finger print . Our room was a spacious studio . The only thing is no English channel on TV.

We were pleasantly surprised at the space and amenities provided in this executive studio! PROS The building has 24-hour security and you can only enter via digital fingerprint - a big safety plus! The restaurant on the ground floor provided quick & easy coffee, breakfast and lunch options and the quality was excellent. Communication with the managers was quick & efficient. WiFi was fast and never disconnected. Laundromat in the basement was very useful - washers & dryers are new. 2 minor complaints/suggestions: 1. The TV in this unit needs to be replaced. Screen image is warped. 2. People from Canada & US cannot use the laundromat app as the phone text validation does not work for our phone numbers. Had to hunt various stores to find the special coins needed. Would be helpful to have a coin machine located in the laundromat.

I stayed in apartment 821. You have the pool pumps and the pool right above you so it was not a place that was conducive to a good night's rest. The pumps go off and wake you up at basically anytime and that was basically my only complaint.

Location, Location, Location, absolutely awesome! Accessibility to various attractions both by walking and for public transportation is excellent. I walked to the Obelisk, plaza de Mayo, San Telmo, Puerto Madeira…. There’s a Carrefour Express and Res (a meat shop) on Perú and Venezuela….about 2 blocks away. Many different eateries within walking distance. El Querandi is on the left upon exiting the building for dinner and Tango shows. It was very good and priced nicely. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. However u will agree with other reviews as to the distinct lack of soundproofing, you can hear everything in the halls at any given time. Also for a night and day the WiFi was out in the room but available in the lobby. The staff was helpful for the most part and as an English speaker they did what they could with the language barrier. Thank you for your kindness and accommodation. I enjoyed my stay here and would use again for the value for money and the location.
