La cocina tenía cucarachas , cuando me estaba bañando la llave de luz comenzó a hacer corto circuito y a prenderse fuego , nos cambiaron de habitación a las 00: 10 hrs y al salir tan temprano no había posibilidad de dejar un rato las valijas .

there were bugs, mold and cockroaches in the apartment. we had to leave the hotel after one night and go find some place else to stay besides the location, dont have many good things to say about this apartment

O quarto é muito bom, cama ótima, o prédio é bom também. Entretanto, o banheiro apresenta avarias, porta enferrujada. Mas o ponto principal foi a instabilidade da internet por todo o período da hospedagem, ficamos sem internet por vários momentos e quando havia a conexão caia sempre o que nos prejudicou para encontrarmos os locais, chamar uber e afins, para usarmos bem a internet tínhamos que usar da recepção.

A localização é ótima. Próximo a tudo. Limpeza boa,conforto bom e atendimento bom. O guarda roupa é muito antigo,precisa ser mudado. Cortinas precisam serem lavadas. Pelo tempo em que me hospedei e pelo custo benefício valeu a pena. Se fossem mais dias acredito que não.

La chambre est bien. Le frigo est pas froid et le control est briser. Le wifi marche bien quand on est proche de la porte d'entrée , aléatoir dans la chambre. ont peut entendre le métro passé sous l'immeuble mais cela empèche pas de bien dormir. La salle de bain parcontre aurai besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement.

Good location, but not quite as depicted
Overall, we had a good stay in the apartment, despite the issues I mention below. The apartment's location is good too and there is a receptionist, which made us feel a bit safer in the building. A big plus was the fairly prompt communication by the managers of the apartment. They responded quickly and tried to help as much as they could (though half the time they responded in Spanish, so I was grateful for Google translate). The areas that need work are: putting more accurate pictures related to the apartment we were staying in, as it doesn't look at all like what was in the Hotels.com pictures I was shown. Next, the bathroom door was broken, so we couldn't close it. The team did send someone over to deal with this and other issues, but it took multiple attempts over a few days for some progress to be made and ultimately the door still couldn't close properly before we left. Also, there were small cockroach-like insects in the kitchen (they gave us a spray to use on them when we complained about that, but with no possibility to open windows, we didn't want to spray it too much). Finally, the internet was very slow in the apartment. It's not a major issue, but future customers would probably appreciate it if that could be improved.

AC do not work in their rooms
AC did nothing t work. They offered another room with same situation (old noisy AC). I went back to first room and did not enjoy my stay. They communicated well, but did not fix the problem.
