OK stay, great customer service
Customer service was 5 star, they all did great and were very accommodating and helpful. Our room was OK but the second bed was hard as a rock so the kids ended up sleeping with us. Room was spacious and had a nice size mini fridge. Nothing special about the room. I would say this hotel is a 3.5 star but it was perfectly suitable for one night and a great location for the theatres.

The rppm is very spacious and the facilities are good. The hotel is very well located. The check in was so slow, we were not advised on timings of breakfast, pool, etc. When we went to the pool we used the phine that said call for towels, when they brought them, they told us off because we had to ask for them in the room, which again we were not advised and there was a phone there to call for towels.

It located into the heart of Buenos Aires. The obelisk is just few steps ahead. It street is one of the best in town; full of restaurants and entertainment. You can feel safe at this hotel and its surroundings.

Overall great place. We only stayed one night as a launching pad for other regions of the country. Staff was nice and helpful. Provided bottle of wine with stay, which was a nice touch. Room was pretty standard and clean. Rooftop pool was good size with decent amount of seating around it (though we did get a little turned around getting to it, more likely our own lack of observation skills)

Cheap and cheerful. Good location. No thrills.
Front check in staff are not that happy or helpful and the hotel is dated but it’s in a decent location and is relatively well priced. There are a good number of beds by the pool which had the sun from around 10:30am until 19:30pm. Didn’t get in the pool as it was cold. Cleaners did a good job. The wiring of phones is bad people kept calling our room to book a reservation. We didn’t get the breakfast. There is a fridge in the room. Room size was really big and it was quiet from noise other than noisy guests which the hotel can’t help. Gym is lacking

I think the photos were deceiving in some sense but overall we loved it there. Safe area. Best location for food and fun. Super perk was having frig in the room plus the grocery store across the way. We don d put but the microwave came I. Hand for leftovers. Plus we got this amazing complimentary bottle of wine. Super sweet. The door man made you feel safe and elegant the hospitality of the desk was amazing. I couldn’t have been happier in Buenos Aires. Broadway made you feel at home. Good job everyone.

It was generally okay with great location. But the front desk staff who checked us in a room which should not be given to any guest. There was pool construction or maintenance being done until midnight and it stared aging 5am next morning. She was very careless and did not provide full VIP access service. I felt like I was discriminated as I am Asian. She never greet and never smile. The only thing she did was making photo copies of my passport and gave me a key to garbage room. When I requested the room change they asked me to move all my staff by myself. Am nor sure this is service standard in argentina but felt wiered.

Expected more. Unfortunately the pool was closed (not open until Dec). Booked an executive suite but the room was more of a large double. Gym was hot and stuffy with no way to turn aircon on. Breakfast quite basic and we didn’t bother eating there every day as there were better options elsewhere. Location however was excellent. Plenty of entertainment on the street outside at night. Staff helpful and efficient.

Excellent location near most points of interest such as Plaza de Mayo, Puerto Madero, San Telmo, and Recoleta, especially if you enjoy walking. Area is safe for visiting during the day. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom needed some TLC. Overall, we had a very good experience in this hotel.
