My first and last time in Argentina. As i got to the hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina there were 2 gentlemen at the reception, I don’t speak Spanish but didn’t think it would be a problem. I asked for the WiFi password so one of them pointed to the info in a very rude manner! I asked again cause was not able to connect the WiFi but receptionist just ignored me and walked away. The other employee named Pablo was kind and helped me connect to the WiFi. As I get to my room i was in shocked with the bathroom So I got a handicap room, the bathroom, I got a handicapped room without any notification at check in. Definitely not the room I booked only and it was enough to make me incredibly uncomfortable. I made contact with the hotel and explained everything. They were very apologetic but this without a doubt was a very distasteful experience. I only have one question would they given a disabled person an unsustainable room without asking? They never told me it was a handicapped room! They tried moving me the next day but c’mon this was supposed to be a 4 day trip but cause flight issues shorted to 3 days. So didn’t have time to waste moving around in the hotel plus was supposed to be there the day before so they should of have the room I booked online available. Definitely not the room I paid for!I booked this particular hotel due to reviews about location and the service. Location was great but service was a total disappointment! Definitely not 4 star for staff and service!

Gracias a la chica de la recepcion se portó super nice y tambien la chica del bar fueron muy atentas y dieron buenas sugerencias de turismo. Recomendamos que si los turistas llegan bastante antes de la hora del check in, sean un poco mas atentos a la atención y flexibilidad brindando opciones para hacer early check in.

In a really good location. Room was clean and bed was firm and comfy. The bed had two different sized pillows, both equally comfortable. The air conditioning is controlled by the front desk which I didn't find out until the last day of my stay. The service was impeccable; incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Don't go in winter, you will sweat all night (at least on interior rooms) since they turn off the AC system. Noise is constant, you can hear all the water of other’s bathrooms and the conversations from close rooms. Do not expect any VIP Access benefit.

Customer service 5/5 , very clean , look very modern , the only downside is that you can’t control the temperature of the room , i was there for 6 days I couldn’t sleep sweating all night , I complained with the hotel they tell me they can’t turn the heater off !! So you can’t control the temperature of your room big downside if you want to rest
