El apartamento es muy comodo muy limpio, esta ubicado en una zona excelente, sin embargo si vas a trabajar remoto el internet no es el mejor, tiene un balcon muy agradable y todo esta muy bien equipado

Apartamento confortável, móveis e eletrodomésticos em ótimo estado, possui água quente em todos os cômodos. Tem ótima localização, tem muitos lugares perto pra comer, mercado, bares e conveniências. Possui senha eletrônica pra entrar no prédio e no apartamento, achei bem pratico. Só senti falta de um sistema de aquecimento apropriado, a casa conta com ar condicionado com função esquentar, mas o aparelho não é apropriado pra ficar 24h ligado para esquentar o local, fui no inverno e alguns dias estavam muito frios e senti essa necessidade. No mais, apartamento muito bom.

Bairro muito tranquilo, com opções de restaurantes, pequenos mercados e cafés próximos. A distância até a estação de metrô mais próxima é de 10min e há bastante opções de linhas de ônibus tambeḿ.

Muy lindo departamento, excelente ubicación y acceso. El único problema es que el WIFI es malo y para alguien como en mi caso que viajó por trabajo me complicó. Terminé usando el "compartir internet" de mi celular.

Hermoso departamento, lo único que no me gustó fue q la cortina era muy pesada el resto 10 de 10. Tiene toallas, jabon, acondicionador, shampoo, secador de pelo, todo muy completo. Volvería a ir!!!

Pontos positivos Lugar agradável, silencioso de fácil localização, custo benefício, aquecedores na sala e no quarto e funcionando perfeitamente, utensílios de cozinha. Pontos negativos A porta do banheiro bate no vaso e não abre totalmente isso as vezes era encômodo; Para estadia de 11 dias foi deixado 1 papel higiênico e um jogo de toalha de rosto e corpo para casa 1, acho que baseado na quantidade de dias deveriam fazer uma troca. Sacos de lixos os que estavam na lixeira, foi preciso pedir no segundo dia, de pronto nos atenderam mas só nos deram 2, tivemos que ficar usando saquinhos que vem do supermercado pata não ficar pedindo toda hora. No anúncio diz que tem lavanderia e não tem no prédio.

El apartamento esta en una buena ubicacion. Muchos restaurantes cerca. Buen aire acondicionado Nuestra estadia fue de mas de 30 dias, para lo cual considero que la cocina esta muy poco equipada. No hay zona de lavanderia en el edificio. Hay que buscar en el barrio donde lavar tu ropa.

Hola , para mi Experiencia fue toda una estafa y por ello quería poner una rotunda queja al respecto, si llegué al lugar dicha dirección. Era la correcta , pues nunca tuve acceso al sitio ya que no tenía cómo hacerlo , al enterrarme por una huésped que salió y me dijo que si el arrendador no me había mandado el código de acceso para entrar al inmueble, no el código de accesos para entrar también a la habitación que todo era por código que tenían que haberme mandado anteriormente, pues ese sitio si existe nadie física para resivirte y al no tener al no tener la información de esos códigos para aceder al inmueble me vi a las 10 pm solo en la calle en una ciudad que no conocía para nada sin saber que hacer ni a donde ir en ese momento ya que contaba con la seguridad de llegar a ese país con mi arriendo ya pagado con anterioridad y fue todo lo contrario ? Espero al menos que Expidia vea cómo solucionar eso y lo mínimo espero el reembolso íntegro de mi dinero que que a altas horas d ela noche tuve que hacerme cargo de un pago extra de mi viaje que pagué un costo muy elevado que casi interrumpe mis vacaciones al no esperarme ese Gran Gasto Extra para otro hotel para no verme en la calle , ha sido una gran u terri experiencia , Orlando De León
