Good location for exploring Buenos Aires

Pros: Location, service and comfort.
Cons: Cleanliness of room, although bathroom facilities were o.k.
Location: Explore historic city centre on foot, arrange excursion via hotel reception.
Comfortable hotel close to historic district. Helpful staff, good food. Bedroom very quiet and spacious, but the vacuum cleaner must have broken down, debris and hairs on carpet under sofa table from previous occupants did not disappear during the 3 days of our stay.
